International Skills Partnership with Botswana

Published

Qualifications Scotland has been delighted to recently host representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education in Botswana (MoHEB) for a five-day workshop held at our Glasgow office.

The visit was part of our British Council funded International Skills Partnership (ISP), which sees us support the establishment of a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Regulatory Authority in Botswana.

Throughout the week colleagues from our Business Development Team shared their expertise in areas including accreditation, quality assurance, SVQs, apprenticeships and equality.

Valuable contributions were also made by our partners at City of Glasgow College, the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) Partnership and Skills Development Scotland.
